Need help with “seeds untilled” & “the one that got away”

Hey guys, just finished the prison break quest for the Thieves Guild DLC and I would like to earn the “honor amount thieves” achievement but I am still missing two quests: Seeds untilled and the one that got away. They don’t appear in the Den. I have done the previous pre-een quests. I know this was bugged in 2016 (?). anyone who can help how to get the quests?

I don't recognize the first of the quests mentioned, but the latter one requires you to achieve level 10 in thieves' guild (mostly by doing dailies) in order for it to become available. I do not have any information on the other quest, and it doesn't sound familiar (though I've brought something like 6 or 7 characters through thieves' guild questline already).

Actually, just found the other quest in question, but it's under a different name. YOu have to reach 9th level in thieves' guild, and then you are asked to meet Velsa in the 'sleeping quarters' of the thieve's guild, and are sent to find the khajiit woman's son. Again, it's one you have to get to a level doing dailies to reach.

✭✭✭✭All TG quests pop after you've attained certain TG rank. If a new quest doesn't show up, via questgiver, or some random note left in the den, then go to other things in to increase rank (daily board, the guy that returns stuff to people, etc) and it will show when you're ready.
DB works the same way.
EDIT: Those are side quests attached to the cranky dark elf, IIRC.
