First thing, reboot your machine. Then run the launcher and see if it will let you repair.

Shut down the metal bin is the longer way, but the one every user understands.
How's your disk space? I haven't run into it before, but is it possible there isn't enough space to decompress the download?
I forgot I am not a Steam user for ESO. I bought it directly from Zenimax.
What will happen on patch day? Will I get the same errors or will it hopefully correct it self? I had no issues yesterday when I logged in a played for a short bit.
Thank you @fgoron2000 will do that.
Oh, I meant where you had ESO installed. I wouldn't think that it should matter how much is on C if ESO is on D. It was just a thought...How's your disk space? I haven't run into it before, but is it possible there isn't enough space to decompress the download?
I got about 11 gigs of free space on my Drive C. Everything is on Drive D. I had less than 11 gigs and never had issues. I thought because ESO is on Drive D it wouldn't matter. I will see if I can free up space and see what happens.
Also I forgot to thank everyone for your help. I wanted to try everyone's replies and forgot to thank you all. I appreciate all the help you are giving me.
