Stay cool egg-brother. I agree with you by the way. I find these quick release homes to be really obnoxious, considering people are not glued to their computer and will at times travel, work, and therefore be unable to purchase. It is one way to create false scarcity though and therefore drum up sales. I'm not entirely convinced it is necessary on a house people would want to get anyway and it fails to recognize that opportunity might not be there for many potential customers. Honestly, I think this form of takeaway close is where a business plays so much with the idea of headgames they play a headgame on themselves.
