Why is grand warlord Zimmeron always so tight on what quest he gives us?
If my team are running back with Chim then i want to get Chim quest dammit! not pick up Gartock 200 times before finally getting Chim..
If we could have a little drop down with some to choose from i would be a very happy boy, and Zimmeron would have to put up with a lot less abuse!

(Probably because the quest checks for "capturable" scrolls instead of "scrolls that aren't currently in our home keeps".) -

The reason is simple. In the sheme of things you are a pleb. You dont choose what is the priority scroll at the time. The Grand Warlord benifits from numerous briefs and intelligence reports. He is an expert tactician with decades of experience conducting warfare.
Every quest he delivers is a small strand of a very complex tactical web. His decisions are final. Play your measely part in his game and be thankful you, for a brief time atleast, can be of use to him.Edited by Haquor on December 6, 2018 9:49PM -

✭✭✭✭✭I do agree. The randomness provides nothing of value to the game.
I have not understood why that quest giver was quasi random, nor the kill players quests. It is not even truly random as it will get hung up on the same scroll or kill player quest.

✭It's probably the same reason we can't choose our own keep capture, scout, resource capture, enemy kill quests...
I'd like to be able to choose tho. There's like zero point in this random system.Just abandon the quest and take it again until you get the scroll quest you want. Takes about 5 tries
