Where do I get cross-alliance furnishing?

Hey guys,

I’m wondering - how do I get cross-alliance achievement furnishings without having to roll a character in that specific alliance? I am specifically after shields. I don’t mind getting to veteran via battlegrounds to get banners for the other 2 alliances, and I have the requisite achievements “hero of the *insert alliance*” but is there a vendor that sells the other alliance shields?

I don't believe there is a way. Possibly if you found someone who bought the items in other factions, before the items were switched fixed to be bound on purchase. If those were available then, I can't recall if all the items were unbound or only a select few.

Would be nice if ZOS unbound those, give PvPers another way to make some coin. It's only furnishings, it's not like players get bumped up in alliance rank by owning them.
