What is this cheat?

I was at Bleaker's on PS4 EU on my level 10 nightblade, just watching this group of 3 Blues decimating a group of about 15 reds. No line of sight, no healer...I've never seen anything like this before.
That's when this comes up in chat...

https://imgur.com/a/bIqSKkf

Talking about some CP cheat making players unkillable with crazy sustain.

What is this?

(Note: I'm expecting a lot of "Its skill" defense...but this was 3 players taking out 15 in open field with no healer or line of sight or anything...if you saw what I saw, there's no way you'd call it "skill". Health bars hardly moved.)

Supposedly a video will be coming out by the person in the middle of the fight..

Anyone have any idea what this CP glitch/cheat is? In a way that doesn't promote it?

As a side note, just wanted to point out how sad and thirsty you have to be to use a exploit in PvP.

Yeah..there was no emperor though. You'll see in the chat someone complaining about a yellow emp, and this was a group of 3 blues.

None I've seen that can withstand 15 other players in open field with no line of sight.
I've seen plenty of 1vX'ers ..I play solo myself. Never seen anyone hardly take any damage in open field before with no healer.

If you see things you think are cheating have a recorder ready to go. Makes it a lot easier to identify, plus proof if it’s actualtl cheating. 3v15 is not necessarily impossible. Some players are really really bad. Or you get groups of PvErs who aren’t even geared properly. Ran into a group of about 10 EP on an empty Shor night, clearly just PvErs getting sky shards, anyway the whole lot of them couldn’t take me down alone and I killed 4 or 5 pretty easily before the rest ran away. And I was in medium armor, play with 300 ping and would consider myself pretty middle of the road as a PvPer.

I though there were no cheaters on consoles?

Anyway, I see this a lot also on pc-eu. Not blue only but any alliance.

Is it a cheat engine? I don't know, can't tell. I do know there are just insane stamina builds that are tanky and powerfull. And against potatoes it's mashed potatoes.

memory hacking is becoming more and more a problem. Im just wondering is there anti-cheat that detects when you change these values to stupid level?
ZOS do ban them, it takes a while even if you report them with video. Game lost it's value, you can buy another one and cheat again, endless loop from one person... Subscription was kinda a positive thing, it was like closed gate for cheaters.

I´ll have to disappoint you but there´s no real "cheating" going on in this video. The "speed-jumps" are easy to re-produce and doesn´t require any external program or "hacking". The only thing this video shows is how strong the battle-scaling can be when "abused" by someone who know how it works.

Yeah. He isn't exactly hacking but rather exploiting broken game mechanics eg. straifing and somehow using werewolf heal in human form.

I have a video where, when you play it frame-by-frame, he has 12000 HP on one frame, and 64000 HP on the next one. All while carrying a scroll and being attacked by an angry mob of about 30 blues. (I have not linked that video anywhere except in a ticket to customer support, and it has 85 views, which should tell you something)

I also have a video where he crosses the whole courtyard of fort warden from the southside to the northside in the time it takes a normal player to do three steps - while moving sideways.

    No cheating?
This is a older clip, but one I show when I see players say "You can't cheat in ESO"
This is also on PS4 eu, so breaks a double myth that you also can't cheat on console.

Also why when I start seeing players becoming unkillable I don't automatically think it's any kind of skill, but rather something not exactly right.
Like I've said, I'm a big fan of Despotic, I watch King of Gamez...I see 1vX'ers constantly. No matter how good they are, they die without line of sight to more than 3 players. None of that was happening here.

Edit: No, I didn't catch video of this happening because I had my timer for recording set to 15 minutes, and the screen shot of the chat came much later than that.
I have since changed my record timer to an hour.

3 good player vs 15 potatos. With the right builds you can survive this. With a video we could easily see what is going on, if there was one.

HOWEVER, there is a CP issue, not a cheat but more of a bug. if you distribute your CP, always make sure to confirm your CP onces you set up one perk. There is a bug in the game that if you do not confirm till you spent all you will benefit a bit less from CP, because calculations *** up or something like that. I am not sure if that got fixed, but given the history of ZOS not fixing stuff, I assume not.

Do you mean with just the unlock perks or does this effect the percentage based perks also?

In other words, do I need to confirm after i put (x) amount of points i want into elemental expert or do I confirm after I unlock vengeance, spell precision and foresight perks?

I do believe cheating is out there, but I guess I've always been naive to ever notice it. I don't know how anyone would do it on console, so I guess when I get steamrolled I should start paying more attention...hmm idk.
