Not recievenig items when purchased through guild store ps4 NA

Hello!
Just wanted to make a pos regarding a few items I purchased through a guild store. I bought an agility neck and a pair of agility rings through one of my guilds and I still have not received it through the mail.
I looked through the guild purchase logs and it shows me paying for the items but I have no received them still.
Guild name: Spicy Burrito

Platform: PS4

I submitted a lost item ticket but wasn’t sure if I’d get a response because there was no explanation?
Also the email used to contact me back has changed.
