Unnecessary loadscreens after December 1 maintenance

Unsure if this is just because post-maintenance shenanigans but trying to do writs in Mournhold is a little more tedious than usual when a loadscreen appears entering and exiting the alchemist. Unsure if happening anywhere else in the world though

Edit: Alchemist isn't the only building affected in Mournhold

Not just random, the group finder queues are quick but loading into the actual dungeon can take a good 5-10 Minutes.

There are long load screens everywhere since the patch. Heck could not even get from Summerset to Artenum load screen just continued and continued. ZOS at its finest.

Can't do anything involving load screens (ie: fast travel) since maintenance patch. All characters stuck in whatever area/region they're currently in.

Since maintenance, I have not been able to get on to the PC EU server. So that means I have not been able to log on to the PC EU server at all today and it is 7.15pm. As usual, ZOS makes a post to say that they are looking into the issue and then does nothing to explain why the problem took place. The problem eventually gets sorted or sorts itself out and the same problems keep re-ocurring. I have played for two years and the same problems just keep happening.
