That site you linked @xMovingTarget is not accurate, I only did a quick search, for puncturing sweeps and the site states that the skill is buffed by master at arms, this is false, sweeps is buffed by thaumaturge, as it is a channel and in this game all those are considered damage over time. The passive damage from burning light is buffed by master at arms though.
