This should reduce stamina costs of poison abilities by 25% - but it does not reduce the cost of my poison bow abilities - is this working as intended or a bug?

✭✭✭✭✭It does decrease the cost of Bow Poison morphs by 25%. The only one that it does not work is the Ultimate.1
