Fishing Bug - Azurain Flounder

On PS4/NAv While fishing in Glenumbra, I have spent 800 worms so far on saltwater fishing locations with 0 Azurain flounder caught. I am noticing that a number of times I have reeled in at the correct time, nothing is caught, despite the animation indicating a successful catch. This seems to occur at the expected rate for catching the rare blue fish. Is there an issue with Azurain Flounder?

    I believe, there was (some time ago now) a similar bug (on PC) - the solution then was to fish with Chub at Stros. Not sure if this will be successful or help, however it may be worth a try
