its slowed down to that extent theres a 3 second delay between firing weapons and anyting coming out. 3 different zones and my house

Deyirn✭✭✭I'm on PC EU and I had experiencing pressing 1, 2, 3 and my skills won't cast, would cast halfway (animation isn't full, ends prematurely, no sounds, sound cuts midway) or even see the animation and sound play, but no damage done to the mob. Sometimes when there is an overabundance of skill effects being triggered at the same time, my game says "that's it, I'm done..." and stars skipping animations and effects and whatnot.
This wasn't an issue a few days ago. I think there is something wrong with the servers. I've seen sometimes having lag spikes that make my ping red briefly.
It's good that ZOS wants to work on combat, but they better work more on optimizing their clients and servers, this is unacceptable. If it was some F2P game, sure anything goes there, but this is supposed to be a top-tier game, at leastthat's how I see it.0
