Odd issue with outfit station pants preview.

I am having issues previewing leg styles on one of my alts. He's wearing pants, when I go into the station to preview a style, it doesn't show up. All the other pieces do, I took his pants off, tried again, it still shows he is wearing pants, preview still won't work.
This isn't happening on my other characters, at least not on my main. Logging out didn't do anything. I'm not about to delete save data again, why is it messed up on one character but not others? Anyone else have this issue?
