Sixth House bugs

There is 2 bugs regarding items associated with House Dagoth:
1. First bug showed in Murkmire update and affect only male model of Sixth House Robe:
^^Texture of dagoth emblem became distorted and as result desynchronized with actual picture of it.

2. Second bug is associated with Morrowind Banner of the 6th House:
It says that it "Breton" furnishing, which is not true lore-wise, it should be "Dark Elf". But in housing editor it not bound to "Breton" category and listed under "Other" category.
