I realize the issue of loading screens and undue waste of XP scrolls and other timed consumables has been discussed before, but until ZOS corrects the problem it bears repeating -- often.

By any reasonable standard, after four years, ZOS should have resolved the loading screen problem, but since they appear unable to do so, timed consumables should be suspended while players are stuck waiting for content to load.

    I nerfed my wallet in Jan 2017. I altered my wallet status to closed in May 2019.
