Complete up to and including the new plans added with the Wolfhunter DLC. There is a forum post in the crafting section titled with "How many recipes do you have?" where I posted that i knew all the plans. My friend and Co- collector finished a week later. Also we both did this on xbox NA with no convenient add ons to help us locate them in traders. I am not trying to diminish your accomplishment, but unfortunately are not the first. Either way, congratulations on the accomplishment! I know from personal experience that it is a difficult thing to accomplish. Welcome to the club!

You must be using an addon cause there doesn't seem to be a legit way to track what you have and haven't learned.

So that being said, the people hounding him to tell him hes not the first, pipe down and re-read the post before making a response of your own.

Well, in their defense, after the first response said to put World's First in the title, I did, since I had no information to the contrary. After someone mentioned that a couple of people on Xbox servers had done it, along with most likely JHart, I re-edited to the title to remove World's First since I figured I'd give the Xbox people and JHart the benefit of the doubt. I appreciate the sentiment though

Yes that add on is called Microsoft Excel. First i went through every item code in the game after the housing stuff came out. Then i typed up a list of all the plans in the game. Followed by printing the 20 page refined checklist. Lastly i went through with a pen and marked of everything as i learned them. Time consuming, yes.... but legit.

Yes I use a handy Google Docs spreadsheet for mine. Though it only goes up to Summerset.
I am rarely impressed,
I have to say I am thoroughly impressed.
Blacknight841 wrote: »you got all the murkmire stuff OP? hot damn, grats! as someone else already asked, any suggestions for good farming locations for some of the rarer Ayelid stuff? did you discover particularly good murkmire farming spot? its good to know though that everything does drop in game already and it isn't another vvardenfel situation where we didn't see a lot of the plans until a year later when they introduces voucher docs.
P.S. to people who also finished out their collections prior to murkmire. congrats. hopefully you get your murkmire collection completed soon as well. that said.. addons do NOT make it any easier to farm plans. they just make it easier to count them
That is inaccurate, add ons definitely do make it easier to collect plans. On the pc, you can search sites like tamriel trade center , and use add ons to locate furnishing plans in traders across the game on a simple search. On the xbox you must go from zone to zone and individually check traders one at a time looking for plans. We also dont have any way to search for key words in traders either to help find the items we are looking for, and as such you must look through EVERY furnishing plan listed on the trader. Also the xbox for some reason does save sort order when you go trader to trader.
As far as Murkmire farm spots, I have farmed out a little over 2/3 of the Murkier plans form the crafting house. There are 12 items in there to loot, and an outlaw refuge right behind it to go and launder any stolen plans. Although we have only had 4 days with Murkmire, it is the best spot i have found so far.
As for ayleid, farm bonesnap ruins in a small group. We leveled accounts, not just characters, that's how much time we spent in there. We spent weeks in there just running circles, but in the end, we did farm them all out. I wouldn't spend more than an hour or two at a time in there. If it is not dropping, try later.

Use Craftstore for traits/motifs, and Furniture Catalogue for known/unknown plans - save yourself a loooooot of effort.
