Can we please have a "hide tabard" option?

I (and many others) would like to be able to represent our guilds, without having an ugly, low-res tabard obscuring the outfits we've put so much thought and gold into!
It's a long-requested QoL feature that surprisingly still hasn't been added. it would be quite easy to integrate into the outfit system or the gameplay options menu and would make a lot of people happy.
Please consider this, ZOS!

Most of my characters have a color theme that i go with and the tabard of my guild would hide where i put alot of work and thoughts in.
I mean i would probably wear it when the outfit under the tabard wouldnt turn into a black blob of texture. It looks really hideous.
Still wear the tabard with the characters where i use crown store customs but that isn't optimal...

This would actually work just as well.
There's already a section for nameplates in the game menu's options, so it would be natural to integrate this feature therein.

If you enable character tag in the game settings and you wear the tabard, you can see the <guild name> of others players, like on this screenshot. Me neither, it's not as if characters were naked under the pants, anyway.
I also don't get the point of full body markings when it's very impractical to show them.
As for the tabards, displaying a guild name should definitely be an option, independently of wearing the tabardPC EU

People want their guild names to appear above their heads, which is what using the guild tabard does.
However, the actual tabards are fugly, and hide your outfit/armour.
You can cover it with a costume, but most of those are fugly too.
However people still want their guild name showing.
A hide tabard option would sort that.
