ESO Plus Stopped Working - Ticket #181108-004649

I've already reported a ticket, but all of a sudden my ESO stopped working. I got the usual email around 5th November confirming payment like always, and it was working fine up until now (9th November). It shows as inactive on the crown store and gives me the option to buy it, but if I go to my "Subscriptions" menu on Xbox, it IS active there. I checked my paypal and the payment came out fine like always.

I'm only really stressed about this because my bank is overflowing (because it's halved now), and I need to constantly swap armour, items etc... between characters, which I can't do now unless I were to empty hundreds of things out of my bank which is shite. All my mats I get now too can't go into the craft bag, and I cant get more transmutes etc, so it's all just a big mess.

I know I've already submitted a ticket but was hoping it'd get resolved quicker here, because it's screwing up a lot of things while plus is inactive. I don't want to just buy it again because I've already paid on the 4th and have only had 4 days worth of it.

    Hate to tell ya, but you're gonna have to wait in line. Support doesn't give preferential treatment to forum posters.

    Just make sure you don't spam replies to Support. Reply only once to each email. Otherwise it'll send you to the back of the queue. GL!

    Do you know if it usually takes long? It's just I got a few weekly characters to get on vMA, and I'm not able to transfer sets, pots etc over because of my loaded bank. It's a nightmare -_-

    It varies. I've had tickets resolved the next day with no problems, and other times I've had to wrestle with Support over the course of a week to get them to help me. It's a real diceroll - one of my biggest criticisms of ZOS support is the lack of consistency.

    Hopefully, it's the former, and you get yours resolved quickly and painlessly. :) Just gotta hope that Support RNG is with ya lol

    Try logging out/in. Some people have reported that fixes it (it seems to be a bug since Murkmire).

    Thanks for the reply but didn't work, but I contacted Xbox support and they got it working in a few minutes in case anyone else gets the same problem :) Just glad to have my bank back now!
