    Don't give up.

My suggestion , try WW, ez mode.

This is super true for round 2.

@ImmortalCX , uh... just be careful with purposefully not using VO. Main thing about doing vMA is to timely recognize the point where pride gradually transitions into masochism. ^^

I ran my magblade through for the first time...took me 6 hours to clear the whole thing. I just brute forced my way through. Just kept banging my head against it. Vodka helped btw...

I did gear runs with the ez mode sorc before the shield changes.. 28.5k shield gives you breathing room... the blades don't even tickle you on round 2.

So I roughly copied a build of a magblade with a 610k score. No shields.
When it worked it was ridiculously easy, when it it didn't, oh boy, that is where the knowledge of the spawns etc comes into play.

The extra single target DPS compared to my pet sorc made quite a few places easier. Keen to run it again this weekend.

PS I was waiting for someone to post one of Gandorks vids. His proper run is like 28 mins on a stamblade. But he's done light attack only runs, 1 ability only runs, naked runs, fists only runs, in 1st person view runs....

Ya , no rotation at all :D , just LA and heal .
All you have to do is pay attention on mechanics .

i beat vma on first try. Took me ~3 hours and ~25 deaths, mostly round 7 and 9. I did it with templar healer, almost without using Sigils any strategy, CP respec and gear switch and even without Force Pulse skill ) On round 9 last boss ate two golden ghosts and still was killed.

Oh, and i got lightning staff. Completely useless for me though.

you could have leveled a stamsorc or stamplar and finished it by now.. jk....true but jk... A little advice? When i redid vMA for the double drops event a couple mounts ago i did them on all 7 of my toons just for the heck of it. for my NB since they do so much damage now but are squishy i just used a set of medium fortified brass armor along with VO and stormfist monster set. regen food and boom i had a really tanky NB that easily took damage while i went from stage to stage. have about 18k health.

it was fun because i hadnt used him in vMA for years.

    Thanks for the advice.

I've only played it 2.5 hours. I think a fortified brass is in the cards.
