Its just regular mail. Tamriel doesn't know what electricity is.

At any rate, I just started for the first time doing the crafting hirelings, and I want to say that the BEST part about these, in addition to the crafting mats, are the E-mail narratives you get along with the materials. I hope they go on for quite some time. I can't imagine they are different E-mails forever.
But yeah, great work on those!
Abnab and Ezdab aren’t brothers, they are one person with a split personality. Just a theory

I'm early in the mails still, but I've yet to figure out Abnab's race.
Pacrooti is certainly Kahjit.
Madam Firilanya is Altmer
Valinka Stormheaver is Nord
But what race is Abnab? Does anyone know, or is it made clear in later mails?
Edit: Changed to say "mail" instead of "E-mail" LOL. Good point.
I think Urbek's story was my favourite. At first I really wasn't into it (and not just because the other guy is obnoxious) but the first time he 'smashed' me a letter it genuinely made me laugh and from that point on I was enjoying it. I was disappointed when I got to the end and it didn't really resolve anything - I wanted to know if he got his smashing machine to work properly, how the other orcs reacted, and what his former master thought of it.NordSwordnBoard wrote: »Urbek smash words, you read!

u could actually find NPCs related to the hirelings' story.
FYI. one Redguard girl related to Pacrooti's story (or not, can't remember) is located in Alik'r desert outlaw refuge.

But I always read all the hireling mail and I enjoyed the stories. I just wish the change wasn't so abrupt - because I started them relatively late I only got the repeating mail with the last two, so it wasn't clear before that I'd reached the end, one day I'd just suddenly get a mail from a different character and I think that made it harder to get into the new story.
I'd also like them to loop around again when you get to the end, instead of repeating the same mail until they finally add new ones.

My favourite one so far is one by Pacrooti that writes that the Bosmer are all crazy and that he wouldn't do business with them ever again (my main, his employer, is a Bosmer ).
