unable to move in combat stam NB
I came back recently and am attempting to get back into groove. I use a Razer Tartarus thumbstick for movement. I never had a problem with it before (and it works fine out of combat). Now, it seems I cannot move in combat. I saw reference to an 'Endless Hail' bug that seems to have been patch fixed last Feb. (I didn't have that issue last Feb but seem to now). I have done some troubleshooting: disabled addons, deleted and recreated the ESO profile on the Tartarus, reset all keybinds to default. Nothing made any difference. Once in combat, I'm stuck in place, or can sometimes move left or right, but not forward.
