Should Morrowind furnishing plans be part of global loot pool?

Morrowind / Vvardenfell was recently added to the base game with the release of Summerset, and the associated furnishing plans added to the master writ merchant at the same time. Is it time for the Vvardenfell-centric furnishing plans to be treated like the rest of the basic racial styles and made part of the appropriate global loot pool (container, legerdemain, etc)?

Please share your thoughts on your choice.

Okay, so I'm an idiot and forgot it was just moved to a DLC rather than full-blown base game (man, is this week over yet?), but I'll keep the poll nonetheless.

Would you like to see them moved to global loot pool? lol

Thanks!

Morrowind is a DLC game pack. Only Battlegrounds were added to the base game.

right now, I know exactly where to go and farm for them. and I can buy documents to increase the chance for getting exactly what I'm looking for - significantly. I feel like adding them to common furnishing pool will actualy dilute already relatively low chance of getting them.
