Please improve (and fix sound bug) beast personality

There are some problems with the beast personality, i was so hyped to get it, until i realized:
- Feral run animation: I think this is the main reason people use this personality, because of the RNG feral running animation, but its very very rare, and sometimes buggy, please increase the chance of the feral run animation, or make it the default running animation (or maybe only when sprinting, that would be amazing, im sure that everyone would love that).
- Animation duration: If the cool running animation happens, it lasts 0.5 seconds... make it permanent, or at least increase the time it lasts, it would be really good if the running animation (holding W, no walking) was the non feral one, but the sprinting (holding shift + W) animation was the feral one, please make this happen, and maybe add an sneak animation if possible...
- Sounds (BUG): You can only hear the sounds of this personality client sided, but when you see someone else with it, they do the howling animation, but they emmit no sound, which only makes them look silly, i tested this with another 3 players, none of them could hear the howls of the person with the beast personality, only the person using the personality can hear himself/herself, and this is the MAIN reason that i WOULD NOT use it
