Stuck in combat much?

I thought we went over this a few patches ago -.-
Patch notes say: Fixed an issue where you could add or remove abilities on your ability bar while you were in combat.
Besides that I think that this is really annoying but also there is probably a good reasoning behind it, I happened to be in a bg and since Assist rapid Riding addon is not working properly due to this change my rapid maneuvers got stuck on my spammable slot. I tried crouching for 4-5 minutes to see if I could get out of combat and it wasn't possible. I had to kill myself and respawn to be able to slot the right skill.
