I was right not to resub until after this patch. Had a feeling this would happen, where the game would be down for a while.
I do have one question, didn't see it in the patch notes. If you start a new character will you now start in Murkmire or still Summerset? I was hoping they would start in Walling Prison again.

✭✭✭✭✭They'll start in Summerset. It only changes with the new chapter.
Which is silly, because Summerset makes a lot more sense if it happens after Morrowind, and most of the gameplay mechanics having to do with being a Soul-Shriven only make sense if you've done the Coldharbor start with "The Hooded Figure" quest.Edited by VaranisArano on October 22, 2018 9:04PM -

✭✭I make new characters on a regular basis - LOL. You start in Summerset unless you haven't bought the package.
