Worlds first destruction of Alessia bridge

There were about 8 EP there and more AD; mostly PvErs. I expected more but was still fun.

The video is nice, and I like the thread title too
But it is both hilarious and sad, how people are standing on the sides of broken bridge and can't meet :'( People are coming to farm and be farmed, I always giggled when The Bridge was active. Or when we (AD) take Alessia, and someone in zone chat says like "Take Sej fast, ignore the bridge!" Or when some small group quickly took Sej while most of AD were busy taking Alessia, and afterwards somebody in zone said like "Yay, we avoided the bridge!" This patch took away the fun

I really hate this change with destructible structures and was hoping that it wouldn't make it to live. The Bridge was always there from the very start, it was fun, and it never stopped anyone who really wanted to cross it. It sad to see these new changes, among many others :'(

The Bridge was place where all alliances united.



It was the most important place on the map.





We all had one job, to protect The Bridge. And we failed :'(

The bridge was a good place for ganking nightblades and it's gone now, so who will be crying the loudest?

Imho this was a good and necessary change to already a bit boring campaign.

Instead of the bridges being a battleground for melee (or ranged) combat, they will now be used as a firing range for ballistae. Exciting.

I didn't have time to explore to find the "goat bridge", but I assume the battles that we used to fight on Alessia bridge will now be fought on those even smaller bridges.

This makes me deliriously happy. IMO bridges and gates NOT being destructible was always a "Does not compute" and bridge fights were pointless, tedious, worthless wastes of time.

It's supposed to be near the lunar fang docks (werewolf heavy location with a skyshard).

Agree, Alessia had the upside of fast respawn for AD, yes if enemy had brains they would push an small force trough to siege Alessia and interrupt respawn. it come down to who zerg is worse

Thats the worst thing to do... i travel all the way to the bridge from DC land to fight and/or farm people. I hate it when someone starts to siege it because it stops the influx of fresh AP

Also i would like to thank you for the video. I was always curious how the snipe playstyle looked from the view of the sniper.... and yes it is as bad as i expected.

I just hate once you fall down your f***ed, no way to get back up, you can't troll unless you are on the side with enemies and you can knock them off the bridge
