Housing Editor - Parent/Child Linking Issue still appears to be happening

@ZOS_GinaBruno Sorry to bother again. The parent-child linking issue still appears to be happening on PTS. I had not seen it since the latest patch was deployed on the PTS server until today.
Issue
An 81 item structure, formed using a linked list consisting of a head (grandparent) item with 50 children, one of which was the parent of the remaining 30 items, was distorted and its root position shifted after logging out and back into the game.
Reproduction Steps
After linking the structure as mentioned, the shape was manipulated with multiple move operations performed on the head item - both manually and via the Housing API's HousingEditorRequestChangePosition function. As shown in the video below, the structure was distorted significantly in terms of the relative positioning of the descendant items as well as the overall position based on the head item.
