I collected all 7 parts of the momento and formed it. There was a visual confirming the formation of the momento. However, it says its not collected in momentos and the fragments are stolen from my bag... no fragments, no momento, no happy. Please fix this.

    Did you consume the runebox after creating it? That’s what grants the memento.

    When you use the pieces it is to create a gold runebox. If you are certain you did not have the pieces anymore and do not have a runebox submit a ticket on the issue.
