Exchange proposal between server : PC EU and NA, help in starting a new ESO’s life!

Hi;
I am a veteran player (since beta) of PC EU from France, and because of IRL life, I’m living now in the center of Canada. I’m still playing on EU’s server since last 2 years but my ping is horrible, the best that I can do is around 300.
That is why I am really considering transitioning to NA’s PC server and making this post, as per my testing I can be around 100 (worst than in France but at least playable).
This is really a hard decision as I got 12 char, lot of achievement, master crafter, millions and resources on EU side….but I facing a point of I cannot play in decent condition anymore.
And anyway, with time zone difference I’ve lost most of my play time with my EU’s friend, it was the last thing keeping me in EU.
So to help to start from ground level in NA server I wonder if anyone will be in the same position but transitioning from NA to EU and will need my help??
The idea is I will give gold, services, and sets, material etc.. in EU and I will receive the same in NA for a win/win.
What I can offer in EU:
Also for starting/leveling purpose on NA I will focus more on BG (no cp obviously help here) and non-competitive PVE (donjon vet/normal).
That is why for the choice on class/race I thought about an Argonian Warden as thanks to passive you can do decent healer in ordinary PVE and also doing great in PVP (alchemist build).
I’m playing much char currently so hard to pick one to start fresh!
What do you think of this choice?
Btw I see a lot of friendly people when I was doing the even in summerset on NA’s side so it also gives me confidence that I can feel good there

- Food
- Crafting piece for research
- Writs exchange (good xp)
- Potions
- Shrines TP
- Gold
- Dunjon/boss/quest help
- Anything else you need to start?
