Witchmother's Bargain

My achievements show that I did not complete the Witchmother's Bargain quest last year but I cannot get into her brewery. I need this in order to complete An Aspiring Harvest so that I can buy the Exorcised Coven Cottage with gold. How do I reactivate Witchmother's Bargain? I used the crow caller but can't get in...

1. Use the Crow Caller.
2. Talk to Witchmother Olyve.
3. Gather a pumpkin and guts.
4. Kill a delve boss outside Cyrodiil to obtain an Essence of Death.
5. Find Olyve's Brewery and deliver the ingredients.
6. Talk to Olyve again to claim your reward.

Make sure you are in the right zone. Option b drink the brew and go from there.

I have been to all 3 brewery locations, I am Ebonheart Pact so I should be able to get into the Stonefalls brewery. I have done 2 delves and even pulled the pumpkin and guts from my craft bag and drank the brew but I can't get in.... :{ The Cyrodiil mention, do I have to do a delve in Cyrodiil, it says outside Cyrodiil so I interpret that as NOT in Cydrodiil…. ??

I was assuming you had partially done the quest and just needed the pumpkin, or guts, or Essence of Death. If you have all three of those I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to get in. No, you don't need to do a Cyrodiil delve. Cyrodiil delve bosses don't drop "Essence of Death".

I had a thought after I posted... am I mis-remembering, or did we have to use the cauldron to get the delve boss to drop "Essence of Death"? Wouldn't be this since first timers wouldn't have the memento yet. But I do think you need to be on the quest for delve bosses to drop "Essence of Death". For that you need to have used the correct whistle. There are 2 different whistles. There's the one you get from the Crown Store (the Crow Caller in inventory) to summon Olyve, and there's the one that summons the cauldron (the Witchmother's Whistle, a memento).

Number_51, that is it! I was using the Witchmother's Whistle.... Using the Crow Caller made her appear and made the Quest appear in my journal! Thanks very much!!
