Buff Craglorn group delves and add them as an option to the dungeon queues

I really liked the asthetic, mechanics and quest of Shadas Tear in Craglorn. Some of the group delves would make nice mid tier group dungeons. Surely it would be simple to buff some bosses, improve the rewards and add them as another tier in the dungeon finder. Would be a nice way to get more people through some of the older content that a lot of people just skip these days.
