Yeah, if you report someone you get an e-mail from ZOS you can then reply to with attached images/video links. If you didn't report the person, I'd still file a report and include the image. Can't hurt. Posting here is against the name-and-shame policy though.I would suggest reporting it to Zos from in game.
Please do not take offense when Zos closes this thread as naming and shaming are not permitted in the forums regardless of the intention. -
