Summerset Pathfinder Rewards

I was chatting to someone in game and we got to talking about the Summerset rewards, I told him I had done the pathfinder achievement on a couple of my characters on my own. He told me that I wouldn't get the rewards because they are supposed to be done in a group, I just thought I would ask on the forum if this is true. If what he said isn't true when do we actually get the rewards ?

✭✭✭✭✭Umm, you are supposed to have it by now, if you owned Summerset and logged into the game at least once before 7th Oct.1 -
JKith✭✭✭No need to be in a group. If you have Summerset and logged in before Oct 7th it’s in your collections, just click housing (or house) at the top right of the collections window and you should see the Grand Villa,... mounts are where all your other mounts are.0 -

Nope.
It was not a requirement to do the achievement in a group.
If you truly do not have the rewards, then submit a support ticket (this is what ZOS said to do)..
But double-check your Collections. There was no notification that we received the rewards; they were just [supposed to be] automatically there after the maintenance.

Psijic Escort Charger (mount)
Grand Psijic Villa (house)
Also, look on the map of Artaeum and see if the housing icon for the Villa is white. If it is, then you have it.
(but it should also be listed under the Housing tab in your Collections.)

✭✭As others said, the achievement is not a group achievement. Press U and go look at mounts for the psijic escort charger, also look at the housing tab. Neither item shows as being new. This of course is providing you completed by the date mentioned above.

✭i know someone who got the achievment in june, didnt "participate" in the event and got the rewards.
all u needed to do to get the rewards was "own summerset and log in once before oct 7th"
if u did this and dont have the stuff, write a support ticket.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭A lot of people don't read the announcements, especially if they think they've gotten all the information from other players. They probably heard that it was a group event and assumed that meant you need to do it in a group.
