Things like this might be better suited to passive abilities. Either a new skill line or perhaps unlocks in the champion system. As mentioned above, they really don't do much as sets except take up 5 inventory spaces and a hotkey in dressingroom.

    2) stam & mag
    3) health
    4) weapon & spell dmg
    5) increase the buff from gold food & drink by 33%. Chance to craft an additional gold food or drink(25%) per food or drink created.

It's not a bad idea to have sets that are not about combat. This is supposed to be a world of role playing. They can be small sets. 2 piece set of gloves and boots for pick pocketing or picking locks.

I'd only be down for utility sets if they had an armory system and a 'squire' assistant.

An armory to house the items. Items added via the research timers, Gold is instant, Purp is 7 days. Could be done via daily quest, ie. Go find any item from X Set. 24 hours for Gold, 14 days for Purp if you have not been given the quest.

A Squire to allow you to interact with the armory from anywhere, acts like a banker, but gives you access to the armory.

To activate the armory you have to give up a chest. The more you put into the armory, the more chests it will require. Eventually to collect all the sets, you need to forego all the chests. Logic is, if it is the undaunted armory, and the lore is it is being build so all undaunted can use it, the chest is given to the undaunted so they can store the items.

That way you wouldn't need to carry around the sets. The end goal would be to see your set items, and if you add set items with different traits you can essentially select the trait you want on the item.

Ie, if you find Scathing Mage boots with Infused, make it Gold, add it to the armory, then you find Divine, make it purple, add it to the armory. You'll then have a Golden set of Scathing Mage boots you can switch between Infused or Divine at will. Then you find a purple Well Fitted one, transmute it to Impen, add it to the armory, and you can now select on your golden SM boots, Infused, Divine or Impen.

You don't need a new Major Sprinter. You just need:
    an Orc,
    Steed Mundus,
    Warden,
    Darkstride set medium armor,
    Prisoner's set weapons+jewellery,
    some medium armor monster set
Falcon's Swiftness -> Deceptive Predator for a constant Major Expedition - a costless run at max speed.

    Cheers :).

Such a good idea.. Im a master crafter but my main focus has and will always be pvp.. That being said, this is an awesome idea. Ive seen stuff like this in other games.. For example archeage had something called "dawnsdrop" gear that improved your crafting/farming ability.. And while this is different, I know similar things have definitely been in other games and could be put into eso too.

The master crafter title and hammer are cool but i wish they would start attaching more useful stuff to these very hard achievements. Something like the ability to purchase some sort of crafters gear would be cool.

Also, while we are wishful thinking, I think it would be awesome if they would give us small farms in our houses.. Not even something crazy but a small plot to maybe deposit one, lets say, mountain flower in and let it grow into a few over a day or so.. Or something like that.. Nothing game breaking but a little bonus for those who want to do it.
