With the way your game is going. Zos you might as well add new classes and or races that don't pertain to the actual lore, and I'm talking from a stand point of constant performance and lag issues etc. So it gives others more things to do. Instead of DLC content which some either run right through. Or just not do it at all. Because the sets or rewards aren't worth it.
