How about this set in Murkmire. 3 piece jewelry + weapon(s). Endless take flight from stam dks and endless negate from stam sorcs. If you have quick gear swap you can go for full damage take flight and mist form away. Or endless corrosive armor and steel tornado spam. Or endless dawnbreaker or meteor. You don't need to use the S&B or 2h melee atttacks to get the ult buff anymore. IMO this is going to make cyrodill spammy roll dodge quick sprint medium armor ult spam. And stamina abilities can't be shut down by negate to boot.
