About two years ago i've asked the same question only to get automatic "help" responses which didn't help at all.
My steam account is linked to my girlfriends eso account due to the steam free weekend trial back then. Is there any possible way to get in touch with a support staff member without getting the automiatic e-mail response? I want to fix this problem, cause it is extremely confusing to play with switched user names. Even though we've both changed and saved our correct user names in our account settings multiple times, nothing works ingame.
The funny thing is that it showes in my account settings that my eso account is linked to my steam account, but ingame it's still linked to my girlfriend's.
