PETS TAKE NO DAMAGE??? Is there a rework for the Warden Bear Ultimate??? Lower Ultimate Cost Maybe??

Now that the pet will take no damage, it renders the Warden be a ultimate morph useless. If the bear doesn't die in PVE, are we getting a new usage out of it? I know Wardens are getting buffed anyway, but we need something new for the magicacka version of the Bear Ultimate. Increase it's damage or increase something for it... I don't know. But the PVE usage needs to be updated for it. Either reduce the ultimate cost for the magic morph or something. Help us out!!!! @ZOS_GinaBruno

Same for sorc rebate passive ability.

Btw, I wonder if this pet change apply to the atronach and the warden bear.

I agree the morph should be looked at, but let's remember pet invulnerability will only occur in group dungeons and trials, so there are still plenty of other places where the morph would continue to be viable.

That's what I'm saying bro. The Atro has a Timer, so I think that's exclude. Maybe it will last the whole duration of the time and not take damage. But the Bear is permanent.

This is the problem. We just conform with any garbage thrown at us, instead of demanding what we really need as magwardens. If we only followed the sorc's example...

Zos, I believe @ZOS_Finn , has said the morph still has value outside of the specific trial/dungeon scenario. Specifically he mentioned PvP as one area the bear respawning is still very beneficial. He may have said more but that is just what I recall.

Anyhow, it is in a thread someone created on Monday. He made multiple posts.

I think "useless" is a bit strong. Not every morph has use in all styles of gameplay. For instance, it is very useful in PVP should your pet be killed, or world boss farming in the overland, or Maelstrom, etc. This was a discussion and decision the combat team and the dungeon team had in regards to the feedback that pets die too much in Dungeons and Trials to make them useful. I will pass on your feedback about the changes to this morph though.

However, he also said he would pass the information on in a previous post linked below. Scroll down to see what I pasted above.

    Well..content wise

Overland + VMA + PVP combined is more than Dungeon + trials.

Just rework the skill and add to the Battle Spirit buff that all pets respawn immediately when they die in PvP.

They might be immortal in VMA too since VMA is considered a trial.

I’ve created a thread in the PTS section around this as the bear seems to still take damage and eventually die on the PTS so it doesn’t seem to be classed as a pet. I’m not sure if this is a bug though or intended though as I’d initially thought the bear would have been a pet and get impacted by this change.

Let's be honest, both morphs already sucked. If they feel it's so necessary to reduce the dmg by 30%, at least throw us a bone and grant passives such as major brutality for having to double slot this. Alternatively, remove the need to double slot the ultimate.
Why did the Dunmer cross the road?
Apparently to get stuck in an eternal load screen!

Sorcs have always been easy mode which is why half the player base plays them. Wardens just don't have the numbers to be a vocal lobby.
