[ALOB] A lot of Bugs - Stuck launcher, endless waiting Battlegrounds, no Cancel button Eso Plus -

Hi,
I've been unable to play for days. Why? Because after monday's maintenance the launcher freezed and crashed at 5%, 9% or 1%.
This happened to me also one week ago, on Thursday If I remember correctly, while the Event was still on. That time I resolved with a simple reinstall the game (after trying other solutions on the forum).
I tried again with a reinstall, two, three, four times and nothing. I want the solution on this thread, don't "ping poing" me on other threads because this problem is happening NOW and it seems different from the other times.
Oh! And by the way when Eso Plus is over and the system tries to autorenew, when it doesn't find money and you go to cancel your membership you simply can't. Because the Cancel button is hidden. Every time one has to inspect the page, find the string code about the cancellation and finish the job. This problem is here since 2015, there's not an official solution from you Zenimax but only from Customers; it's also hard to find, you have to dig thru a lot of pages on Google.
Next time I should search in the deep web or we can have this bug solved by you Z?
P.S. I've opened different tickets during my permanence on Eso, and nobody answered them. *put applause emoji here*
