Show NPC names ONLY in combat option?

Is there any way to achieve this pls? I want to have the names shown ONLY in combat... There is an option for Show only when targeting.... when when injured... or both but this is nott the same... How to make the names visible ONLY in combat pls? Is there any addon for that?
