I appreciate that things happen and plans are unexpectedly changed, but it would have been nice if you could have perhaps said something on the schedule page or here on the forum about today's stream being cancelled. Instead I found out from the chat of the (cancelled) livestream where someone had heard it on twitter. If it hadn't been for the fact that the livestream chat still works when stream is not on, I would have had no clue - Not everyone has twitter.

I agree. I went to Twitch and spent several minutes trying to figure out why the stream wasn't working. A simple banner that said the stream was cancelled would have been the right way to handle it. There should also have been an update on the original announcement that still says:

"ESO Live: September 27, 6:00-7:00PM EDT (watch longer for a chance at multiple Drops!)
Drops will start to go out at the conclusion of the stream."

It's amateur behavior to post on other platforms. Lots of people don't use Twitter or Facebook.

Even if you do use Twitch it was easy to miss, because there was no 'announcement' post about it. There was just this reply that could easily be over looked:

Agreed, it was was poorly handled. There was no announcement--a reply on twitter to a question about whether or not the stream was still scheduled isn't good enough. For those of us who logged into twitch in anticipation for this event it was a major let down.

It's not about drops. It's about people wanting ZOS to be considerate. Some of us watched the livestreams even back before there were drops, ya know.

I was really hoping to see if they had Lawrence Schick on again. I loved the last one with all the lore.

There was a ZoS team member who turned up in the chat and said the next one would be in October, but not what date, so I guess we have to wait for the next schedule announcement.
