Is it time to go NB?

with all the nrfs coming to other classes is it time to start playing NB? just wondering

NB is a great class. There's a steeper learning curve than there is for the other classes, but once you get the hang of how to play it, you'll have a great character.
And if you go magicka, you'll have invisibility for days.

LOL mate ur late to the party, its been their time all year. Better in PvP, better DPS parses in PvE (mainly due to sustain)

level one to 50 and and try it out. When I read the sorc nerfs I started leveling my other characters to 50 should i need to swap. Played NB for a while and was hitting some great dps with amazing sustain without even having bis gear equipped.

Stam nb is in regard to heavy attacking working on siphoning strikes and bow proc count.

Never let nerfings make your decisions!

Because they will nerf something else some other time!

If you play a class entirely because you are seeking some advantage, you will inevitably be dissapointed as soon as they get around to nerf that advantage, which they eventually will. (and there have indeed been times when nightblades were dirt, and stick and skirt ruled cyrodil)

Play whatever class feels most fun for you in terms of visuals and theme, then learn how to play it well (and relearn whenever something gets nerfed)

Or just make one character per class, and play those currently "FotM"...

Your choice. Play as you like!

Best thing is too do what me and pretty much every long term player did.

Make a magicka and stam version of every character.

hahaha don't believe the hype Non Nightblades always skip the notes for Nightblade nerfs. There have been lots of nerfs to Nightblade play. Dps parses lol. The people doing these parses are elite players. Not sure you can realisticaly calculate when one of your variables is the player actually doing the test. The game is mostly played by average players!

Those are my opinions, however, I'd say YES roll a Nightblade... and a Templar... and a Sorc... etc. Play them all. They are all ok... but nothing is as fun as it was 2 years ago before the nerfs to sustain. It definately feels like the FUN is continually being stripped from the game. No idea what the creators think will be achieved with this. I just feel we are losing more players

It is kind of infuriating when someone says this because there are numerous things keeping people from playing other classes:
-Lack of class change
-Skyshards
-Lorebooks
-Undaunted
-Psijic
-Fighters' Guild Exp
-Mount Speed
-Achievments

Many people feel like they're actively being punished, especially if they're achievment hunters, because instead of enjoying their alt they feel like they should be contributing to their main character.

I'm really excited to see the forums next year when Nightblade gets balance passes.

All the people jumping ship now making threads about how Nightblade is dead and should they play Sorc.

This sort of request is why a class change token would be so bad for the game, all the competitive players would currently be running around as nightblades with no incentive for ZOS to balance the other classes.

If you are halfway decent in PvP or practice your rotations a bit, you WILL be an unkillable PvP god choosing nb. If you are halfway decent in pve and practice your rotations you will get the best dps parses in the game.
