Considering this is a promotion to sell more copies of Summerset with a full week to purchase the expansion after the event ends and still get the rewards plus we do not know what 100% really means it seems this is rigged from the start.
In other words, it was predetermined what % increase would happen each day and that the everything would be given away. Of course, there could have been a failsafe that no one cared and no one really purchased the expansion, but we are to far past that point.7 -

Pennylong✭✭✭I think they would give it to people anyways at 99%, it's just too much good will free press to pass up.
It has been so cool seeing and meeting players from the EU server and us all coming together to taxi each other around and help with TPs. I was helping people with taxis and it was so much fun to be working with everyone.
I would love the house, it looks so nice and not something I would normally get but to be perfectly honest I have had lots of fun just working with others and making friends I wouldn't be terribly disappointed if we didn't.
I've really like to see more of this cross server kind of event.9 -

Well, somewhat - it would as well be a good PR move, to just say - it's a near miss - you nearly missed - so you'll get it anyway. Word play is from a stand up of George Carlin - when talking about pilot/airplane slang.2 -

Once you have 10 achievement "grains", you can turn them into achievement "dust".
10 achievement "dust" can be combined into achievement "ounces", of which 10 can be used to make an achievement "bar".
Luckily, you will only need 10 achievement "bars" to add another point to the overall progress!

I won't say no to something free either. Anyway, got few hours before sleep so I'll create an NA character get the achievement there too, also I'll have the occasion to play the Summerset tutorial for the first time as on EU I already reached the max character limit and I'm not going to buy an extra slot until there won't be a new class.@GabiAlex - PC EU Megaserver

Can't really find it in my heart to disagree, especially since the "actual numbers" are all kept silent.

He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis1 -

I've just had the best two days helping people get the achievement. It was great fun, so positive, laughs, thanks you, your welcome, hope, team spirit, community spirit!!! I will not forget this event, and ^^ made it all worthwhile, regardless of the final result. I found the same on the EU server when I went there.
It may be pre-planned, it may be a gimmick, it may be any of those things, but what is ACTUALLY was was a great way for people to help each other (regardless of the rewards), meet new people, make new friends, work together for an easy achievement and have fun. So, whatever the end result, I treasure the experience.
PS: ZOS is well aware of the posts regarding how positive this event was. If it comes to a close % without actually reaching it, I believe it will be reached. And, uh, yeah, I'm buying furnishings Had such a great time!! Edited by Sirona_Starr on September 25, 2018 10:51PM6 -
Aarlur✭✭✭I am sure its triggered from the start. Its meant to be succesfull, if not, they make it so. This is a promotion to sell more summerset copy. But you know what? I am happy with it. We got free stuff, and more importantly its bring people together. We helping eachother, we have fun together, its give a feeling to be a part of a community. Its a fun event, and I hope we will see more of thing like it.6
