"Permission Denied" when opening link to support article from Outlook

I recently submitted a support ticket and the staff who responded sent me a link to a support article. However, whenever I clicked the link in the email it gave me a "Permission Denied" error. I tried copying and pasting the link into my web browser, but that still gave me the error. I then tried typing the URL out and that seemed to fix it. Has anyone else experienced this? I think it might be related to Outlook's security setting when clicking links, but this is the only time a link has not worked for me.
