Increase Weapon/Spell Damage enchantment bug.

Hi,
I have a dual wielding dragon knight. On one sword I have an increase weapon/spell damage enchantment, and on the other sword I have a befoul weapon enchantment. When I light and heavy attack, both enchantments work as expected. When I use the dual slash weapon ability only the befoul weapon enchant works. The increase weapon/spell damage enchantment never fires. I switched both swords from main hand to off hand, and the problem still persists. I made a video to demonstrate the bug.
