Bug (in combat) that you stay sprinting while you are not sprinting

Sometimes i cant use anything, no ability or light attack or anything in combat. I discovered that it says you cant use that while sprinting but i was not sprinting and that lasted forever. Happens not frequently but sometimes. Happens, at least for me, since im using swift jewelery, but dont know if thats connected. Happened only in Cyrodiil Sotha Sil so far. Im on PC EU. Thank you!
