Should they give only all the rewards who done the archievment ? If we dont have 100% complete ? And to everyone if we get the 100%?

The rewards should motivate by themselves. Either we win, or we lose. Those, who didn't do it before, won't do it after change, because the pet and the horse is on par with previous giveaways that didn't require doing anything (maybe that is the problem). So at this point many have all the pets and mounts they want (except that frost atronach wolf, but nvm)

Yea but the house is so nice and not everyone will/or can pay it... and almoste everyone whants a big nice looking house for free 😉

Yeah I agree with this, I definitely couldn’t afford a 10k+ home.. it’s just too expensive and I don’t want to waste so much money for it..
Getting it for free would be amazing though!

While I agree with you that people should do it I think it's more of a promotional event to sell the chapter.
