World Boss Bug

We have a World Boss bug in Summerset that's affecting the groups of gamers in the Community of World Boss Hunter Slayers. The World Boss is Keelsplitter at the location of Keelsplitter's Nest. The bug is Keelsplitter health bar is locked to 5.3 million unbreakable HP even if a small group & a big group. And there may be some other things bug with the WB but I'm not getting into the details that's all.
