7/0 or 6/1 medium armor pve

Which is doing more damage in pve nowadays? Specifically on a stamblade 7 medium or 6 medium 1 heavy, or is the difference tiny?

The extra 1 medium piece gives:
1.5% crit
4% stam recovery and 2% cost reduction

1 heavy gives:
2% more max stam and 4% more max health (2% from undaunted passive and 2% from heavy armor passive)
Restores 186 stam when you take damage and more resistances

So which setup does more dps and which do you use?

6/1 cause 4% health.

Pretty sure stamina is still 7M but if you want the added health going 6/1 is not going to break the bank.

Yea I’m not sure if the 1.5% crit can even be noticed. But 2% more max stam increases the damage for all abilities
