Expansions is to smal .whaiting one year to have 2 weeks of content is not ok.
Ok we have the dlc but it is not mutch.
We need a xpansion that are big like the base game so we have to do for atlest a hafe year or more.
Most other mmo have this so whay do not we have it? . Eso expansions are like dlc but cost like a xpansion in other games.

Because most mmos are either free to play or they have bi annually 50 dollar boxed exapnsions. And let me tell you, bfa and stormblood were both boring 1 month into their releases. If you were to encompass everything provided to eso over the course of a year it would be a healthy chunck and possibly worth a 50 dollar price but players would still get bored around the 6 month mark and you would begin to see the paradigm shift that 14 and wow to lesser extent sees, which is players rotating out of the game periodically when the big patches been experienced, waiting for the next.

Zos has attempted to stick with a content release cadence that fits the games lateral, horizontal game. Also pretty safe to assume zos has a much smaller team than those for mmos that operate on large scale expansions every few years.

The expansion is more than just the zone. Besides the some various secondary aspects such as a skill line we also gained a new trial. Trials are good repeatable content. The original trials launched over 4 years ago are still run every week by a great many players.

And if that is not enough for someone's taste then do not buy the next expansion. Very simple.

I can disagree with you. MMO (with name I won't tell you because of jealous people here) is b2p game no no extra scam, all living story episodes (which come each 2-2,5 mounths) hase a size of eso DLCs with a same amount of content (story missions, dailyes, new skins, new location, new achievements even raids or dungeons sometimes) are awaiable for free during some days after release. If you missed it, you can buy it for 2 dollars or a whole season (6 episodes) with discount. Also you have limited craft bag for 250 units of each resource and you can upgrade it with game gold (you can buy currency with gold).
All extra money came from cash shop full of skins, dyes and consumable stuff. This exactly stuff is unique for this shop, but not for game, kuz you can unlock alot of SAME QUALITY items just playing the game.
And you know what? They have a very good income in financial reports.
I bought basic game with 2 large add-ons for 50 buks and spent nothing after it, I have everything I need from cash store just playing the game without grind or global auction trade games.
I'm still playing ESO, but I'm not a blinde fanboy. And I'm not provokening people to leave ESO, everyone can play whatever game they want. BUT dont tell the nonsense on the rights of truth about poore devs and game designes with starving children who don't see their parents creating a game so they are forced to produce so small expantions with so hight prices. The fact is: ESO one of the most expensive b2p games with pretty frequent and expencive DLCs, all complains about expansions came from people with permanent ESO+ (which is pretty expensive too) who want it to be included in subscription.
So don't tell the nonsense, people playing ESO because they like the game, not because this is the cheapest game with hardly created content pieces.
As for wow you sad about, don't forget about free patches with new raids and locations they releasing between large expantions, and they not calling it DLC with separated price.

yes, hard to take the op seriously when the overall grammar and spelling is that of a second grader. i mean he is probably not a native english speaker but google translator would probably spit out something more coherent. so what i recomend op, is type you what you want to say, then go to this site, https://translate.google.com/, then select your language on the left, the site ought to do it automatically but just in case and select english on the right and then copy/paste the result from the right into the forum, as your post.

The base game had 3 factions of 6-7 zones each.

Each questing DLC/Chapter has added a new large or small zone to the game. Personally I find the dungeon DLCs disappointing, but I realize that some people really enjoy them for new endgame content.

Point is, ZOS isn't going to introduce a mega expansion that equals the base game. It's far more cost effective in terms of profit and development time to handle it the way they did the Daedric Wars arc: 2 Chapters and a DLC.

But at least I won't be banned for truth in that case. Some little blame from kids and thats all.

Exactly what I think. Also all these DLC and expantions hase horisontal progression only, bunch of DLCs hase a size of full add-on (without free content patches at least), but mutch more expensive.

I feel a bit the same that they're to small. Though I feel the issue is that the only way to really make gold at a high sale tag being a causal player normally (that doesn't involve flipping, farming nodes for hours, or being rude and selling normal trial drop gear to the group that ran a normal trial with you) is to run as fast as possible through new content and collect everything that is sell-able for a high price and hope someone that seems to always have better luck than you and gets the 500k worth drop within 5 mins of the expansion going live.

Sorry went off on a ramble. But when if feels like you have to run through content as fast as possible it feels like you miss stuff. But than also some people like playing on a main toon only so after running through the content we can no longer go back and redo it.

I guess it'd be great if we could restart quest lines.
